About Nest

Meet your holistic mental healthcare team.

Expert Integrative Psychiatric Care from Board-Certified Providers

“Every mind is unique, your care should be too.”
Meet the Founder

Nesters, I am Susan Msoma, PMHNP-BC

I created Nest to be the kind of practice I’d confidently choose for myself and the people I love, a place where care is personal, unhurried, and thoughtfully tailored to each individual. After witnessing how rushed appointments and one-size-fits-all treatment can leave people feeling unheard, misunderstood, and dismissed, I knew mental health care could be different. Nest was built as an antidote to transactional care a place where your story is valued, your concerns are met with genuine curiosity, and you never feel like just another appointment. Here, exceptional care begins with listening, because understanding the person behind the symptoms is the foundation of meaningful healing.

For over six years, I’ve served as a coach, educator, nurse, and provider across inpatient and outpatient settings, caring for children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of mental health conditions. My approach blends evidence-based psychiatry with a whole-person perspective, recognizing that emotional well-being is shaped by the interconnected influences of biology, psychology, lifestyle, and environment. When clinically appropriate, I incorporate lifestyle strategies and lab-informed insights to help uncover underlying contributors that may be affecting your mental health. Whether you’re seeking answers, exploring treatment for the first time, or looking for care that goes beyond symptom management, you’ve found your trusted provider. My goal is simple: to help you feel genuinely heard, confidently understood, and supported with care that empowers you to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and hope.

Sir Chase

At Nest, we believe healing can come with a little joy, too. Meet Sir Chasey, our adorable Cavapoo and the practice’s unofficial “Mood Booster-in-Chief.”

Sir Chase is a playful, affectionate puppy who loves making virtual appearances during telehealth visits. If you’d like, he can stop by to offer a lighthearted moment, a friendly hello, and maybe even a smile when you need it most.

While he’s not a therapy dog, his cheerful personality often adds a comforting, human touch to the care experience. Sometimes, a few moments of puppy charm are all it takes to make the day feel a little lighter.

Just let us know if you’d like Sir Chase to hop into your session he’ll be happy to stop by! 🐾
