Controlled substances may be prescribed when clinically appropriate and in accordance with Texas and federal regulations.

Additional monitoring may include:

  • Follow-up appointments
  • Urine drug screenings

We require 24–48 business hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in fees.

Medication refill requests should be submitted during regular business hours with at least 3–5 business days notice.

Controlled substances will not be refilled early for lost or stolen medications.
